The Grand Ballroom
| The elegant ballroom with its maple flooring, arched windows and historic dιcor can comfortably accommodate 160 guests for sit-down dinners and 220 guests for standing receptions. The room was recently renovated with a state-of-the-art sound system. Combined with the mezzanine lobby area, the Baxters Grand Ballroom allows for a beautifully spaced and orchestrated event.

The Willson Suite
| A wonderful setting for receptions, rehearsal dinners or even a bridal staging area. Recently renovated with walnut flooring and fantastic views of downtown Bozeman. The Petite Ballroom
| A smaller portion of the Grand Ballroom which can be partitioned off with lovely walnut doors to provide a more intimate setting for smaller functions. Maple hardwood floors and large windows with views of the Bridger Mountains makes this area a perfect setting for receptions, seated dinners or other social functions for up to 40-50 guests. The Board Room
| An intimate conference room best suited for small group meetings or a break-out room for larger events. Located adjacent to the Willson Suite. Up to 10 guests for a seated meeting. Capacity: Up to 10 guests for a seated meeting |
